A couple weeks ago I saw a fun post on Innsmouth Free Press, 10 Worst Horror Movie Fathers in honor of Father’s day. So I thought it would be fun to poke fun at not only fathers, but also mothers in this weeks discussion topic. So tell us who are the worst parents in horror movies? The mother in Carrie, pictured here is a hard one to beat

how about the mother in Dead Zone? she’s overly religious. a real flake and a punishment to be with!
the mother in Flowers in the Attic, no wait the mother was screwy but the GRANDMOTHER was worse, right?

Hey, how about about Jason’s mother in the Friday the 13th movies.

And in Dead Alive, Mom turns into a zombie after being bitten by a monkey.

And I noticed it was on TV over the weekend, but real life Texas cheerleader mom (Wanda Holloway) who hired a hit man to kill her daughter’s competition for the squad is pretty bad.
